Responsibilities:
Lead a dedicated team focused on ensuring the patient's progress and the well-being of the entire family.
An exceptional entry-level supervisory role in the ABA sector - the fastest-growing domain within the medical and support community.

Requirements:
Bachelor of ARTS or Science degree and has either:
Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or
Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
RBT or BCAT certification within 60 days of hire
Willingness to become certified as a BCaBA within 18 months of hire and proof of enrollment in a program within 60 days of hire
Familiarity with Central Reach is a plus.
Reliable mode of transportation.
Supervisory experience.
Enjoy interacting with children for stretches of 20 minutes.
Physically able to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
RBT or BCAT certification preferred. If not currently certified, Learning ARTS will provide assistance in getting RBT certification.
Employees will also need DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance, TB Clearance, and Immunization records (including COVID-19) before starting work. Learning ARTS will assist in getting the needed clearances.
